About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product management for the next generation of Aptean’s Fashion and Apparel ERP onsite in Alpharetta. You will sit within the Fashion and Apparel product organization and work with Product Engineering, Services, customers, and business stakeholders. You will define market-leading capabilities and incorporate AI natively into day-to-day product workflows. You will help deliver a compelling product and a simplified implementation path for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product management for next-generation Aptean Fashion and Apparel ERP
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and market-leading capabilities
- Apply AI natively to improve product workflows, productivity, automation, and customer outcomes
- Partner with Product Engineering to translate needs into requirements and delivery priorities
- Work with Services to simplify implementation pathways and improve customer time to value
About you
You translate complex customer and market needs into actionable product direction. You make clear prioritization decisions and balance customer value, usability, technical feasibility, commercial opportunity, and implementation efficiency. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and lead through influence.
Qualifications
- Significant product management experience with enterprise software, ERP, or industry-specific SaaS
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap management, and agile product delivery
- Ability to translate complex customer and market needs into actionable product direction
- Ability to collaborate across Product Engineering, Services, and other cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree
To be ahead of the pack, you might have:
- Experience in Fashion and Apparel ERP or a closely related domain
- Experience applying AI to enterprise software or business workflows
- Experience partnering with Product Engineering and Professional Services teams
- Background including a Master’s degree
