They will lead project teams, coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors, and manage site activities to ensure timely delivery.

Project Management & Execution
Take overall responsibility for the planning and execution of steel-structure projects, ensuring agreed objectives for schedule, construction quality, safety, and commercial performance are achieved.
Develop and manage the overall project implementation plan from mobilization through construction, completion, acceptance, and handover.
Monitor project progress closely and take timely corrective action when performance deviates from approved schedules or targets.
Engineering, Procurement & Production Coordination
Coordinate and monitor key project activities including shop drawings, procurement, fabrication, production, transportation, and site erection to ensure alignment with the master project schedule.
Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Site teams to identify dependencies and resolve issues that may affect project delivery.
Ensure required materials, equipment, and resources are available in line with construction priorities.
Budget & Cost Control
Manage the project construction budget and monitor actual costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontracting resources are used effectively and within approved financial parameters.
Identify potential cost overruns and implement appropriate corrective or preventive actions to protect project profitability.
Site & Team Leadership
Lead the project management team and assign responsibilities to Site Managers, Construction Supervisors, Safety personnel, and other project members.
Monitor team performance and ensure clear accountability for individual project responsibilities.
Coordinate and manage erection teams and subcontractors in accordance with approved project plans.
Provide coaching, technical guidance, and development support to project management personnel.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key company representative in communications with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings, communicate progress, receive client requirements, and coordinate appropriate responses.
Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and manage issues through clear communication, negotiation, and practical problem solving.
Equipment, Materials & Resource Management
Control the use of machinery, construction equipment, materials, and other project resources.
Ensure resources are used for their intended purposes and managed efficiently to minimize waste, loss, downtime, and unnecessary expenditure.
Coordinate project resource planning according to actual construction requirements.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure project activities comply with approved technical specifications, quality requirements, occupational health and safety standards, and relevant internal procedures.
Maintain effective implementation of applicable quality and safety management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify risks that may affect project schedule, construction quality, cost, or safety and implement appropriate preventive measures.
Project Documentation & Commercial Close-Out
Ensure inspection, acceptance, payment, and other required project documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Work with relevant functions to support payment applications, project acceptance, final accounts, and handover activities.
Ensure project records are properly maintained throughout execution.
Overall Project Accountability
Take overall accountability for project delivery and performance within the assigned scope.
Provide regular progress, risk, cost, and performance updates to senior management.
Ensure project objectives are delivered through effective coordination of internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management involving steel-structure construction or comparable large-scale construction projects.
Strong hands-on experience managing project schedules, site execution, steel erection, cost, quality, safety, and subcontractors.
Experience with infrastructure or complex industrial construction projects is preferred.
Relevant professional project management and construction supervision certifications are highly desirable and may be required depending on project scope.
Strong ability to plan work, allocate responsibilities, and manage project teams toward clearly defined objectives.
Good risk management and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to respond quickly to unexpected project issues.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Commercial, Safety, and other relevant functions.
Working proficiency in English is preferred.
Strong leadership, accountability, commercial awareness, and the ability to perform effectively under demanding project conditions
