What You Will Be Doing

As a project manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of golf ball product launches, including limited-edition releases, packaging innovations, and seasonal programs. Acting as the operational hub across Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Operations, and external agency partners, you will ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and flawlessly executed across all channels. You will manage timelines, key milestones, and stakeholder communications, facilitating regular status meetings and driving accountability throughout the product launch lifecycle. Additionally, you will play a critical role in enhancing team effectiveness by implementing standardized tools, workflows, and project management best practices that improve efficiency, collaboration, and execution.

  • Work Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site, Tuesday–Thursday) in Fairhaven, MA
  • Meeting Location: Periodic in-person meetings in New Bedford, MA may be required based on business needs (approx. 15 from office)
  • Pay: $50-55/hour depending on experience 
  • This is a contract opportunity.

  • 5+ years of project management experience in consumer products or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead complex product launches in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects from planning through execution.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable workflows and tools.
