In this role, you will connect EMEA marketing strategy with country-level execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, and Global Marketing teams. You will support product launches, customer engagement, field marketing activities, and commercial programs to accelerate portfolio growth and therapy adoption across the region.

What You’ll Work On

  • Implement EMEA marketing programs and campaigns in partnership with country Sales and Marketing teams to drive adoption of the LAAO and ICE portfolios.
  • Lead field marketing activities for key product launches, including Amulet™ 360 and future portfolio innovations, from launch readiness through post-launch adoption.
  • Develop customer-facing materials, commercial tools, field communications, and training resources aligned with EMEA priorities.
  • Partner with Sales teams to support strategic account development, accelerate portfolio growth, and expand adoption within priority centers.
  • Develop educational and commercial initiatives that demonstrate the value of ICE-guided workflows and share successful adoption models across the region.
  • Lead marketing support for major EMEA congresses, customer events, educational programs, workshops, advisory boards, and customer meetings.
  • Support country teams with clinical data, competitive information, customer presentations, tender support, marketing materials, and regional communications.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitive activity, and emerging clinical evidence and translate these into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate across EMEA, country and Global teams to support portfolio commercialization, product availability, customer engagement, and effective execution of regional marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Significant medical device industry experience, preferably within cardiovascular interventions.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Therapy Development, with LAAO experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the Sales, Marketing, or commercialization of imaging technologies, with Intracardiac Echocardiography experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting product launches, downstream marketing programs, and commercial adoption initiatives.
  • Experience working with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and other relevant physician stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and clinical understanding with the ability to work effectively across functions and within a matrix organization.
  • EMEA or multi-country experience and additional European languages, particularly French or Italian, are an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 70% across the EMEA region are required.
