Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- 1 year of experience as a product manager for digital advertising products.
- 1 year of work experience in software engineering or data science.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- 2 years of product management experience with technical products, such as B2B enterprise products.
- Experience driving the product development life-cycle, including product vision, go-to-market strategy, requirements definition, and product launch.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to create and execute strategies with internal and external partners.
- Experience building digital advertising products, including programmatic, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), or Connected TV/OTT advertising platforms.

As a part of this role, you will join Display and Video 360 (DV360), Google’s market-leading, programmatic Demand Side Platform (DSP), which serves Google’s largest advertising clients and agencies, optimizes ad campaigns across Google’s owned and operated ad inventory (YouTube, DemandGen, and more) as well as a broad set of non-Google digital publishers. As an omni-channel digital advertising platform, DV360 offers a massive market opportunity across display, video, Connected TV (CTV), audio, and digital out-of-home. You will support our enterprise buyers, help maintain the free-and-open internet by supporting publishers, and protect the experience of browsing the open web for all.
You will focus on building the latest capabilities for buying ads on Google-owned properties, primarily YouTube, and ensuring these work seamlessly with the broader Display and Video 360 platform.Google Ads is at the forefront of AI innovation, applying cutting-edge machine learning and Generative AI models like Gemini to power a multi-billion dollar global business.

US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Serve as a subject matter expert on how ads on YouTube and other Google-owned properties are purchased from Display and Video 360.
- Build core buying features in close collaboration with the YouTube Ads team on the multi-year goal and feature roadmap.
- Ensure timely product launches between Google Ads and Display and Video 360.
- Drive features end-to-end in collaboration with product management, engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., gTech, GPS, GTM).
- Develop long-term strategies and generate new product ideas to improve the enterprise customer experience.
