Job Description

The IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, securing, and improving the organization's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environment to ensure reliable, secure, and continuous IT services supporting 24/7/365 airport Baggage Handling System (BHS) operations.

The position provides hands-on technical support across server infrastructure, virtualization, storage, backup and recovery, network infrastructure, endpoint security, system monitoring, and cybersecurity. The role will also support IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, technology implementations, security enhancements, and IT/OT initiatives while ensuringminimal disruption to business-critical operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer

Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline. 

Professional Experience

 Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure administration, systems engineering, or IT operations.

 Practical experience managing enterprise server, virtualization, storage, backup, and network environments.

 Experience implementing infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security hardening, and technology improvement projects.

 Hands-on experience with cybersecurity operations, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and infrastructure security controls.

 Experience supporting business-critical or 24/7 operational environments is highly desirable.

 Exposure to airport systems, baggage handling systems, industrial environments, or IT/OT infrastructure is an advantage.
