Full description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Product Manager of Integrations based in United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on making AI-powered workforce and screening solutions accessible within the systems customers already use. You will own a broad integration portfolio spanning ATS, HRIS, HCM, VMS, partner ecosystems, and a public API. The role combines product strategy, technical discovery, customer engagement, partnership management, and hands-on execution. You will shape how new AI agents and screening products connect to third-party platforms and become part of customers’ everyday workflows. Working closely with engineering, implementation, support, sales, and external partners, you will turn complex integration needs into scalable products. You will also influence enterprise deals by serving as a product expert throughout discovery, scoping, implementation, and adoption. This is an opportunity to define an evolving integration strategy in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for integrations, APIs, and workflow automation, ensuring new products and AI capabilities can be effectively delivered through customers’ existing technology ecosystems.
  • Manage ongoing integration products across ATS, HRIS, HCM, and VMS platforms, defining data flows, status mappings, error handling, standardization principles, and partner-specific requirements.
  • Lead the technical go-to-market strategy for new products, determining how capabilities should be exposed through partner platforms, APIs, and customer workflows.
  • Partner directly with external product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps, manage dependencies, resolve integration challenges, and establish sustainable partnerships.
  • Participate in customer-facing discovery, solution design, sales discussions, implementation scoping, and workflow assessments, particularly for complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Own the evolution of the public API and developer experience, including endpoints, webhooks, versioning, deprecation, error semantics, sandbox and testing capabilities, and documentation.
  • Translate customer, partner, implementation, support, and internal feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements and roadmap initiatives.
  • Develop configuration, tooling, and enablement that allow implementation teams to launch integrations with less engineering involvement and help support teams resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and convert them into scalable product improvements rather than relying on repeated manual workarounds.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and other product leaders to deliver reliable integrations and continuously improve efficiency, adoption, and customer value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of integrations, APIs, platform products, or related technical products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrations across multiple systems, with a strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, versioning, support models, and platform interoperability.
  • Proven ability to own partner or API integrations as ongoing products rather than one-time technical projects, including making effective standardize-versus-accommodate decisions.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, data models, integrations, and error handling, with the ability to collaborate directly and effectively with engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and technical buyers, including product demonstrations, value positioning, discovery, solution design, scoping, and implementation discussions.
  • Excellent ability to transform input from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders into concise, written, prioritized requirements.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly when working with external partners whose roadmaps you do not directly control.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic product planning with detailed day-to-day execution.
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, background screening, credentialing, compliance, or related domains is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with credentialing or verification workflows, particularly for physician or locum tenens staffing, is a plus.
  • Exposure to ATS, VMS, HCM, or HRIS ecosystems such as Bullhorn, Symplr, or Workday is advantageous.
  • Developer experience, API product management, or experience bringing AI and automation capabilities into third-party systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work Eastern Time (EST) and travel occasionally as required.

Benefits

  • $160,000–$180,000 annual base salary for work performed in the United States.
  • Compensation may vary based on experience, seniority, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market conditions.
  • 100% remote work environment with limited required travel.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • HSA and FSA options.
  • $50 monthly physical and mental wellness allowance.
  • Unlimited time off policy.
  • Opportunity to join an early-stage environment and contribute to the development of innovative products in the background screening and digital identity space.
