CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager – HRIS position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Manage SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful completion of project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource assignments.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including HRIS, SAP, application development, quality assurance, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, establish deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain the overall project RAID log, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution activities.
  • Provide consistent and timely project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive project tasks and deliverables to completion through proactive follow-up, accountability, and appropriate escalation when necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential schedule impacts.
  • Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities for SAP SuccessFactors and related HRIS solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, resource allocation, timelines, and budget considerations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party project activities as needed.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SAP and SuccessFactors solutions support overall HR and business strategies.
  • Communicate project progress, changes, risks, issues, and decisions effectively to diverse stakeholders across US and EMEA teams.

Skills:

  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors and SAP expertise.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage detailed project plans and project documentation.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs and providing regular project status reporting.
  • Strong ability to drive tasks and deliverables to completion.
  • Effective follow-up and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to apply appropriate pressure and escalate when necessary.
  • Self-motivated, driven, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Strong understanding of SAP application development and maintenance (ADM) project environments.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Comfortable working with teams and stakeholders across US and EMEA time zones.

Experience:

  • Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS projects.
  • Experience leading SAP application development and maintenance projects.
  • Proven experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience with SAP implementations, enhancements, support, or related HRIS initiatives.
  • Experience working in a distributed or global project environment is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management certification such as PMP is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
