Role description: This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating complex projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to successful project delivery from start to finish.
Role accountabilities:
- Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need
- Provide support to the Senior Project Manager and/or other Project Manager, and assist in delivering full project life cycle, and professional assignments, in either new build or live operating business environments
- Ability to take a simple brief from a Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager and help deliver project solutions that support the project outcome
- Provide project activity coordination, reviewing all current and planned project activity, tracking resources assigned to each project, and liaison with customers to ensure minimal impact to Client
- Assessment of project delivery success from an operational and customer perspective
- Develop capability in application of Arcadis processes and tools
- Managing Client, external stakeholders and team relationships in related activity area and/or workstream
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years proven experience in delivering and supporting multi-faceted MEP projects
- Recognized degree in Building Surveying, Building Services, Project Management, Construction Management or relevant discipline
- Require good competency in communication and planning experiences
- Very good spoken and written in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in using MS Applications
