About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager - HR Systems, to join the HR Transformation & Products Team. This highly senior product owner will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of HR technology capabilities that support HR Governance and Labor Relations, with Workday serving as the core platform and ServiceNow supporting case management and related workflows.
The Senior Lead Product Manager will translate complex Human Resources (HR) business needs into scalable technology solutions, manage delivery through analysts and cross-functional product teams, and ensure that roadmap priorities align with business outcomes, enterprise standards, and risk and control expectations. The portfolio currently supports HR Governance and Workforce Relations function including Labor Relations processes and may evolve as business needs and organizational responsibilities shift.
This role combines HR domain expertise, product management leadership, technical acumen, and strong partnership skills to drive alignment and execution across business and technology stakeholders. The consultant will work collaboratively with stakeholders who may hold competing priorities, using clear communication, sound judgment, and a relationship-oriented approach to drive alignment and execution.
In this role, you will:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for HR Governance and Labor Relations capabilities, leveraging Workday as the primary platform and ServiceNow for supporting workflows and case management.
- Lead product planning and execution by defining scope, establishing objectives and key results (OKRs), prioritizing backlogs, and directing analysts and delivery teams against roadmap commitments.
- Partner with HR Governance and Workforce Relations including Labor Relations and other business stakeholders translate complex business processes, controls, and requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Build trusted relationships across HR, Legal, Risk, Technology, product teams, and business leaders to drive alignment, influence decisions, and navigate competing priorities.
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and adoption activities to deliver integrated HR technology and workflow solutions.
- Guide analysts and Agile teams in translating business and technical requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans while managing dependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
- Oversee Workday, Workday Extend, ServiceNow, integrations, and vendor-supported capabilities to deliver cohesive employee and manager experiences across HR processes.
- Monitor roadmap execution, product performance, and delivery outcomes while ensuring alignment with HR Product Management standards, enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and evolving business priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
- Demonstrated experience owning product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, objectives and key results, and delivery commitments while directing analysts and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, including Core HR or other functional areas; Workday Extend experience is beneficial but not expected.
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, case management, employee lifecycle workflows, reporting, dashboards, or related ServiceNow capabilities.
- Ability to use HR domain and technology knowledge to design scalable solutions, translate business needs into a roadmap, and guide implementation through delivery teams.
- Experience supporting HR Governance, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, employee lifecycle, compliance, or other HR programs involving complex workflows and covered employee populations.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to collaborate with challenging partners, resolve competing priorities, and influence decisions through consensus.
- Executive-level communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, roadmap reviews, and discussions that clarify objectives and drive decisions.
- Experience operating in an Agile environment and translating business and technical requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable work for scrum teams.
- Experience leading complex HR technology initiatives involving integrations, workflow optimization, custom or cloud-configured applications, third-party vendors, risk considerations, and cross-functional dependencies.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
