What you'll do

  • Drive high-impact Supply Chain transformation initiatives across EMEA, creating structural improvements in cost, service and scalability across Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing and Order Management
  • Act as a transformation leader between strategy, design and execution, translating strategic objectives into executable programmes, target operating models, governance structures and digital capabilities
  • Own the full project lifecycle from opportunity assessment, solution design and business case development through implementation, executive decision-making, milestone steering and benefits realisation
  • Lead logistics transformation initiatives including transportation management, inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, network optimisation, operating model design and logistics governance
  • Ensure sustainable business impact by steering cross-functional teams and external partners, driving stakeholder alignment, change management, KPI tracking and continuous improvement

Who you are

  • Qualified with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, with experience in supply chain transformation, consulting or project leadership in international environments
  • Proven in delivering large-scale transformation programmes with measurable operational and financial impact, including strong experience in business case development, investment decisions and value realisation
  • Experienced in end-to-end supply chain transformation with particular strength in logistics operating models, network optimisation, transportation management, warehousing and performance improvement initiatives
  • Confident in working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership, steering committees and external partners in complex matrix organisations, with a structured, analytical and results-oriented mindset
  • Familiar with logistics technologies and digital transformation topics such as TMS, WMS, ERP systems, automation and analytics, fluent in English and willing to travel internationally as required
