About Yoodli
Yoodli is a venture-backed company building an AI Coach which helps people get measurably better in their careers by supporting them in the flow of work.
Our team includes former employees from Google, Apple, Microsoft, Tableau, and beyond, united by a passion for empowering people using AI. We're headquartered in the heart of Seattle, and we're having a lot of fun along the way. Our culture is built on failing fast, iterating constantly, and taking bold bets. We value humility, a bias for action, and the belief that we win together.
We've raised $60M — including a $40M Series B led by WestBridge Capital — backed by Madrona, Neotribe, Cercano, and incubated at the Allen Institute for AI. We're valued at $300M and grew revenue 900% year-over-year.
Our customers include Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, RingCentral, SAP, FranklinCovey, KornFerry, Sandler Training, Toastmasters, and many more — with learners in over 150 countries. Results speak for themselves: Google Cloud certified 15,000+ reps without scaling headcount. Snowflake recovered 1,200+ manager hours per quarter. Harness cut training review time by 75%.
We've been featured in TechCrunch, Axios, The Information, Forbes, Fast Company, and more.

The role
You will own B2C growth at Yoodli, and you will own it as the front end of our enterprise business.
Your job is to grow self-serve signups and B2C MRR then turn B2C customers into a reliable, measurable source of enterprise pipeline: get the right individuals in the door, get them to a moment of real value fast, get them to bring in a colleague, and help drive conversion to B2B. You'll be accountable for both halves - the consumer funnel metrics and the qualified accounts that come out the other end.
It's a hands-on role at a company that moves fast leveraging AI. You'll build prototypes, run the experiments, read the data yourself, and sit close to engineering, design, marketing, and sales. We hire people who find the problem rather than wait for it, decide with incomplete information, and ship.
What you'll own
- Acquisition. The top of the funnel across organic, SEO, GEO, and sharing loops — with a bias toward users whose employer could become a customer.
- Activation. The first session. Get a new user to a recording, a piece of feedback, and a reason to come back, in minutes rather than days.
- Monetization. Pricing, packaging, paywall placement, and the upgrade path from free to individual paid. Own conversion rate and the revenue behind it.
- Retention and habit. Onboarding, lifecycle messaging, streaks and reminders, resurrection. Communication practice only works if it recurs.
- The handoff to enterprise. Detect when self-serve usage clusters inside a company, build the in-product motions that spread it (invites, shared workspaces, team practice), and route qualified accounts to sales with the context they need to open a conversation.
- The experiment system. The roadmap, the instrumentation, and the cadence. You decide what gets tested, you call the results, and you make sure we learn something either way.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in product management, including real ownership of a growth or self-serve surface at consumer scale. You've been accountable for a funnel metric, not adjacent to one.
- A track record of experiments that moved numbers, and the honesty to talk about the ones that didn't.
- Fluency with data. You write your own queries, you know what a bad test looks like, and you don't need an analyst to tell you whether a result is real.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization - you can say no to good ideas because a better one exists.
- Ability to move quickly with AI - prototype, create skills to more efficiently handle tasks, submit small PRs, etc.
- Enough technical depth to work directly with engineers on tradeoffs, instrumentation, and scope.
- Comfort operating without a full support structure: you'll do QA, talk to users, and unblock things outside your job description.
- You are passionate about building AI products that are built to empower humans rather than replace them.
- Able to be on-site in Seattle three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
Bonus points
- You've run a PLG motion where self-serve usage fed an enterprise sales team, and you know where that handoff usually breaks.
- Experience with pricing and packaging changes on a live subscription product.
- Consumer products built on AI, where output quality varies and the funnel has to hold up anyway.
- Background in SEO, GEO, or content-led growth.
What’s in it for you?
- High ownership and very little bureaucracy
- Clear strategic direction from a leadership team that makes decisions quickly
- Direct, measurable impact on the business - you'll see your work in the numbers
- An inclusive, motivated team that likes the work
Base compensation: $174k - $200k + meaningful equity
Join a fun, inclusive and highly motivated team culture (and help define it!)
