Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee construction projects at JP Construction Group Inc. This position involves managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).

Salary: 45 - 59 USD Per hour
