Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage multiple projects in parallel (typically 3–4)
- Drive project timelines from concept phase to mass production handover
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, Marketing, Operations)
- Manage and track project milestones
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across global stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with international suppliers
- Track project budgets
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues
- Drive decision-making by balancing timeline, cost, and quality trade-offs
- Maintain structured reporting and project documentation

Essential Skills and Experience: Your Profile:
- ~3+ years of experience in project management within the tech / IT / hardware environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong communication skills, especially in international environments
- Fluent in English (company language)
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand technical discussions and ask the right questions
- Highly self-driven and autonomous, able to quickly learn new tools and processes
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong ability to balance structured planning with flexibility in dynamic environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous situations
You will fit particularly well into this role if you bring:
- Experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or sim racing
- Solid understanding of at least one engineering domain (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software/Firmware/IT)
- Experience working with global teams (Asia / US)
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA / Confluence
