We're seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to deliver a major Network Security & Connectivity Program, modernising and strengthening our network infrastructure across multiple sites.

Working with technology partners, telecommunications providers, vendors and internal teams, you'll lead the project from planning and design through to implementation and operational handover, ensuring delivery to scope, budget and timeline while maintaining continuity of critical services.

This is a project-based role that is anticipated to run for up to 18-24 months with the duration dependent on project delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale network security and connectivity program.
  • Manage project governance, planning, budgeting, risks, reporting and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, carriers and internal teams.
  • Oversee design assurance, deployment, testing, cutovers and transition activities.
  • Manage project financials, contracts and vendor performance.
  • Ensure successful handover through documentation, training and operational readiness.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure, network security or connectivity projects.
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-site technology deployments.
  • Strong project management skills across governance, financials, risk and change management.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise networking and cybersecurity technologies, including SD-WAN, firewalls and network segmentation.
  • Strong vendor, commercial and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • Healthcare, aged care or other highly regulated industry experience will be highly regarded.

What We Offer:

  • A high-profile opportunity to lead a business-critical enterprise technology transformation.
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting the delivery of secure, reliable services for residents and care teams across Australia.
  • Exposure to senior leaders, strategic technology initiatives and industry-leading technology partners.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment that values innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities within a leading healthcare organisation.

If you're an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex technology programs, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help shape the future of secure and connected care.
