Operations Project Manager

We are looking for a Operations Project Manager for our NEW production in Nové Mesto!

Responsibilities:

• Establish current/actual product cost reporting capability and cadence of review. (continual cost & margin monitoring)

• Perform cost variance reporting. Understand product cost structure, identify and analyze quarterly variances.

• Establish product cost comparison among different manufacturing plants internally and externally, including outside purchase/manufacturing options.

• Work with product cross-functional team (notably Offering Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Finance) to identify and drive product cost improvement metrics and actions.

• Coordinating the identification, reporting, and execution of VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) cost reduction projects and their financial impact.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience in product engineering and manufacturing.

• Demonstrable experience in Engineering / Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations and working with cross-functional

• teams to identify and execute on priority actions.

• Able to work in ERP and XL tools to extract and compare date in an effective and efficient way.

• Experience in analyzing and driving improvement in data reporting with Finance and IT systems.

• Ability to deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations by creating visual summaries of quantitative cost information. Build and continually improve dashboards to provide insight.

• Must have demonstrable skills with Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel. Smartsheet and Power BI experience

• beneficial.

• Experience in a global, multi-cultural environment, & comfortable working autonomously.

The anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between 33 739€ to 42 174€gross per year and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
