- Partner with business stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable technical solutions
- Design and document technical solutions aligned to business objectives; review functional designs for soundness before implementation
- Develop and maintain training materials and training curriculum.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations across our ecosystem: Okta, DocuSign, Nintex DocGen, Swoogo, Zuora, HubSpot, and Slack
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and AppExchange solutions, and recommend adoption where it benefits the business
- Support and evolve case management processes and internal SOPs governing Salesforce use
- Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving advanced system challenges and troubleshooting intricate technical issues
- Lead or contribute to major platform initiatives (e.g., automation of support workflows, case routing/swarming)
- Document configuration changes and decisions per WealthCounsel's internal documentation standards
- Perform related duties as required or assigned.

- Deep working knowledge of flows, validation rules, permission sets, role hierarchies, and data model design
- Experience managing or troubleshooting third-party integrations (identity management, e-signature, document generation, or billing platforms a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — this role requires heavy stakeholder interaction and requirements gathering across departments
- Ability to work independently under pressure and take initiative on ambiguous or complex problems
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
- Self-motivated and independent team player who takes initiative and thrives with minimal day-to-day oversight
Nice to Have:
