What you'll do:
The Business Analyst of the Operations Configuration and Technical Development (TRU) works with the Manager of Operations Configuration and Technical Development to provide support of task and set up related to HPI business and operations. This role is responsible for correspondence configuration, workflow configuration, documenting policies. Close collaboration with the Technical Development Team is imperative to ensure desired results. TRU responsibilities entail all activities necessary to ensure accurate configuration and technical set up.
What you'll bring:
- Document TRU policies and procedures
- Correspondence configuration
- Communication and collaboration within the TRU team as well as with other departments
- Workflow creation and maintenance
- Respond to internal e-mails.
- Assist with other tasks as needed
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in healthcare industry
Bonus:
- Associate degree.
- Understanding of claim processing systems
- Open Office skills
