RESPONSIBILITIES• Own the definition of customer problems, desired product outcomes, and product requirements within Ignite's broader strategy, partnering with product leadership on roadmap and investment decisions.• Lead structured product discovery through customer interviews, workflow observation, usage and support data, surveys, and problem validation to understand underlying needs rather than simply collecting requested solutions.• Evaluate and prioritize prospective and existing customer feedback using customer value, strategic alignment, evidence, scalability, product integrity, and impact as decision inputs.• Maintain clear productization guardrails by distinguishing among configuration, strategic product enhancements, and customer-specific customization, protecting a scalable core product while accommodating legitimate customer variation.• Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business context, and outcome measures for commercially driven enhancements, and collaborate with Software Development on feasibility and delivery tradeoffs.• Define and monitor product success measures such as adoption, active utilization, time-to-value, implementation outcomes, support trends, customer satisfaction, retention or renewal indicators, and appropriate performance measures.• Contribute to strategy through market segmentation, target-customer definition, positioning, pricing and packaging input, competitive differentiation, business cases, sales enablement, and launch planning.• Partner with Sales and Business Development on product demonstrations, prospective-customer discussions, requests for information, and accurate evaluation of Ignite capabilities and planned direction.• Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to support onboarding, configuration, training, adoption, and ongoing utilization while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between product decisions, implementation execution, and customer relationship management.• Support release planning and readiness by ensuring internal and external stakeholders understand new functionality, product changes, customer impacts, and intended outcomes.• Partner with Support and Customer Success to convert recurring incidents, workarounds, integration failures, and customer friction into structured products, workflow, training, or process improvement opportunities.• Monitor competitive products, industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may affect Ignite's market position, customer needs, or future product strategy.• Incorporate healthcare privacy, security, access-control, and compliance considerations, including HIPAA-related constraints, into product requirements and tradeoff decisions.• Maintain sufficient technical product literacy to understand integrations, APIs, external system dependencies, data movement, interoperability constraints, and customer implementation impacts.• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for the Ignite product, including its capabilities, customer use cases, product positioning, implementation considerations, and planned direction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software product management, SaaS product ownership, healthcare technology, software implementation, clinical operations, or a closely related field, with demonstrated responsibility for product decisions or outcomes.• Demonstrated experience with product discovery, problem definition, requirements development, prioritization, and translating customer or market needs into scalable software outcomes.• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working effectively with Software Development, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and operational stakeholders.• Strong analytical capability, including the ability to define meaningful product KPIs, interpret usage and customer data, evaluate trends, and use evidence to guide prioritization.
