abra professional services is seeking an experienced PMO- Project Manager to support and collaborate with Information Systems Project Managers.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, maintaining, and monitoring project work plans and schedules, tracking project performance, identifying gaps and risks, and supporting effective project execution.

This is a full-time position, located in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and collaborate with Information Systems Project Managers throughout project execution.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor project work plans and schedules.
  • Track planned versus actual project performance, identify gaps, and raise potential risks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
  • Manage and monitor tasks, milestones, deadlines, and project deliverables.
  • Work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management – mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Economics, or Accounting Practical Engineering diploma in Computer Science/Technology, or relevant experience from a technological unit in the IDF – mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a PMO role or in project management and project control – mandatory.
  • Experience building and managing work plans and tracking project performance – mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and interfaces – mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills – mandatory.
  • Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to drive processes forward – mandatory.
