Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues. - Ability to design and implement test scripts to validate application functionality. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes. - Good understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance practices.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
