Full description

NORNORM is transforming the way businesses furnish their spaces through a circular, subscription-based model.

We’re looking for a Jr. Delivery Manager to support our delivery and furniture installation operations in Benelux, primarily in the Amsterdam area. You’ll coordinate deliveries and installations, work with our warehouse, transport and installation partners, and solve the practical issues that come up along the way.

You’ll work closely with a more experienced colleague who will guide and develop you in the role, giving you the opportunity to build hands-on experience while gradually taking on more responsibility.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivery & Installation Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of customer deliveries and furniture installations across Benelux
  • Partner Coordination: Work closely with our warehouse, transport and installation partners to make sure deliveries are prepared and executed as planned
  • Order Management: Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns and replacements
  • On-site Support: Be present at selected customer installations to help coordinate activities and resolve practical issues
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on delays, missing items, damages and other delivery or installation issues and help get them resolved
  • Warehouse Coordination: Stay in close contact with our warehouse partners and help resolve picking errors and stock discrepancies
  • Planning & Refurbishment: Support project planning, refurbishment requests and spare-part ordering.

What we're looking for:

You’re structured, curious and solution-oriented, and you enjoy making things happen in practice. You like keeping track of details, coordinating with different people and finding solutions when things don’t go exactly according to plan.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters is that you’re eager to learn, comfortable taking responsibility and motivated to develop your skills in a fast-moving international environment.

We imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education within Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management or a similar field
  • May have some experience from a student job, internship or your first full-time role within logistics, operations, project coordination or a related area
  • Are a native or near-native Dutch speaker – this is a must for the role
  • Are structured and able to keep an overview when several things are happening at once
  • Enjoy a varied role that takes you between the office, warehouse and customer sites
  • Are proactive and comfortable following tasks through to completion, while knowing when to ask for input or support
  • Enjoy working with external partners and different internal stakeholders, and know how to adapt your communication to different people and situations
  • Are comfortable working with data and Excel
  • Are interested in learning the systems and tools behind our operations; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics F&O is a plus, but not a requirement

Why join NORNORM?

Joining NORNORM means being part of something bigger: scaling circularity across the workspace industry while growing in an environment that values curiosity, courage and collaboration.

We’re a purpose-driven company with strong values: We care, we dare, we do, we make simple easy. These principles shape how we work, how we grow and how we support each other.

We have a high-trust culture where initiative is rewarded, and we offer extensive personal and professional development opportunities. And as icing on the cake, we’re building something that genuinely makes an impact.

Practicalities

This is an on-site position with limited remote flexibility. The role will also involve regular visits to our warehouse and customer sites in the Benelux region.

Please note that we unfortunately do not offer relocation support or visa sponsorship. An existing permission to work in the EU is therefore a mandatory requirement.
