Primary Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize ADP Workforce and integrated applications.
- Implement system updates and enhancements to support business needs and compliance requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows and business processes.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR operations and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and user-reported concerns.
- Manage data imports, exports, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support integrations between HR systems and external applications.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in HR, Information Technology, Business field is required. Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of HR processes and business operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
- Experience with system configuration, workflows, and reporting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years experience with ADP Workforce or other HR systems
- Preferred experience with data integrations and secure file transfer technologies (SFTP).
