ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of digital media activity within a leading international luxury environment. As a Senior Digital Media Project Manager, you will act as a key referent for media practices, contributing significantly to the 3 following topics:
1. DIGITAL DATA & CLIENT SYNERGIES AND COLLABORATION
With digital has come Big data then Smart data provided by the digital media vendors. Their utilization still needs to be maximized in collaboration with providers and other data ecosystems:
- Data Clean Room assessment & Pilot: Follow up the WPP's data clean room solution assessment (Infosum) started this Spring ; Discover & evaluate other data clean rooms' solutions, in collaboration with Group Data & Client stakeholders
- Capi Online & Offline solutions assessment in coordination with other Group stakeholders
- Provide daily support to the Group Media department and Maisons on these topics
2. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY ASSESSMENT:
Richemont Maisons’ Social Media investments massively grew over the past years shadowing a complex reality (performance, reputation, etc.).
- Always on assessment of the group share of Social Media spends, landscape looking at the audiences, the key platforms for Maisons… supported by Group Media / WPP Methodology
- Provide key guidelines in terms of paid Social Media mix for all Maisons
- Roll out the Group Media Methodology in APAC ecosystem (mainly China and Japan)
- Provide daily support to the Group Media department and Maisons on these topics
3. SOCIAL MEDIA MAXIMIZATION
- Digital Media tech stack & tools maintenance with Group stakeholders (e.g. : Sprinklr). Ensure the contracts and SLA are respected
- Social Media vendors relationship management. In particular: activation tools and new features: regular inventory of "must-haves" by platform and of innovations to test or implement… in order to regularly update the Group Social Media Playbook
- Manage Alerting / crisis tool kit in coordination with other Group entities: eRep alert monitoring (filming in boutiques, backlash, ad hoc sensitive situation, etc.) and ad hoc management on behalf of the Group or the Maisons
- Social Media insights: support other services or Maisons to create ad hoc reports (e.g. Fashion Weeks, Geneva Watch Days, etc.): design the queries and extract the data.
PROFILE:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics and/or Business
- 6-10 years of professional experience, ideally gained within:• A Media agency / Digital Agency, or a Consultancy, or a luxury Group or Maison
- With strong Digital Paid Media skills, in particular Social Media platforms and capabilities
- and high exposure in an international environment
- Fluent in English & French (both written and spoken)
Job competences:
- Good understanding of the overall media business: strategy, coordination, planning, reporting, performance, and digital transformation.
- Autonomous, and equally comfortable with strategic thinking and digital operations
- Mastering Project management process, and agency/partner/third-party vendor management
- Ability to constructively challenge partnerships and situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: structure and storytelling as key points
- Rigorous, autonomous, pro-active, strong team player
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, graph creation, compelling chart design)
- Knowledge of the key digital tools and technologies (IAS, Sprinklr, Radarly…)
