Data Analyst

At BathWorks of Michigan, your work will help shape how we grow. We are a locally owned, fast-growing home improvement company specializing in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling, and we are looking for someone who can turn our data into better decisions for our team, customers, and communities.
As our first Data Analyst, you will help build the reporting and analytics function from the ground up. Your work will give leaders clearer insights, improve how departments operate, and help BathWorks grow smarter as we expand into new markets.
What You’ll Do
- Build dashboards and recurring reports across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People Operations.
- Analyze performance, trends, bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
- Combine reporting from multiple systems into reliable sources of truth.
- Define and document key metrics so reporting stays consistent across teams.
- Partner with leaders to improve, automate, and simplify reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building reports or dashboards from CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical teams and leaders.
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL/SOQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support analysis while independently validating results.
