Levelwear is a Canadian, family-owned premium sports apparel brand, known for high-performance golf attire, lifestyle wear, and licensed fan gear for leagues like the NHL, NBA, and top US collegiate programs. We're looking for a Corporate Product Manager to lead our corporate and promotional apparel programs, with a secondary role supporting the Golf product team through the seasonal collection cycle.

What you'll do

  • Own the product lifecycle for Corporate apparel collections, from concept to launch to end-of-life
  • Support the Golf division with input and direction across concept, development, and launch
  • Build seasonal assortments aligned to customer demand, pricing, and margin targets
  • Partner with design and sourcing to bring commercially viable products to market
  • Run market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and whitespace
  • Work with sales on key account opportunities and custom programs
  • Manage product briefs, line plans, assortment architecture, and calendars
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and customer feedback to sharpen product strategy
  • Coordinate with production and sourcing partners on timelines, costing, and quality
  • Support go-to-market activities: positioning, launch materials, training, merchandising
  • Join customer presentations, product reviews, and strategic planning sessions

What you bring

  • 5+ years in product management, merchandising, or apparel development/sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Apparel Sales, Fashion Merchandising, Product Management, or related field (bonus, not required)
  • Background in apparel, golf apparel, corporate wear, promotional products, or sportswear preferred
  • Solid grasp of garment construction, sourcing, costing, and commercialization
  • Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Sharp analytical, organizational, and problem-solving instincts
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Comfortable in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and PLM systems
  • A collaborative style that brings cross-functional teams along
