To build our first team at our brand-new location in Guadalajara, Mexico, we are looking for a dedicated DevOps Engineer (m/f/d). You will play a central role in shaping the local workspace, supporting our growing engineering team, and establishing a seamless connection with our central functions.

Your Tasks

• You perform hands-on coding while designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps

• You develop Jenkins shared libraries using Groovy and Python as well as GitLab CI templates to promote code reuse across teams

• You debug, troubleshoot, and maintain build systems using CMake and Bash while managing dependencies with Conan

• You implement and manage code quality and security scanning tools such as Coverity while owning and supporting the built services

• You build and maintain Yocto Linux–based embedded systems including custom recipes and manage artifact repositories using Artifactory

• You develop Dockerfiles, images, and scripts while troubleshooting container deployment issues and collaborating cross-functionally to improve build processes

• You stay current with industry trends and recommend new tools, practices, and improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability

Your profile

• You bring the ability to thrive in fast-paced, intercultural, and geographically distributed teams while managing competing project priorities

• You possess strong knowledge of software development processes, agile best practices, and Git branching strategies

• You offer hands-on experience with Jenkins, Jenkins Shared Libraries, GitLab CI, and artifact management using Artifactory

• You bring proven experience with Yocto Linux, embedded systems development, CMake build systems, and the Conan package manager

• You possess strong Docker containerization skills alongside knowledge of Azure DevOps, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• You feature proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python alongside familiarity with Coverity and Prometheus

• You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities paired with clear communication skills

• You offer excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in international environments
