City: Lake Buena Vista, FL

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week, no flexibility)

Duration: 12 Months

Rate Range: Upto $85/hr on W2

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have:

  • 7+ years of technical Program/Project Management experience
  • Enterprise technology or infrastructure project experience
  • Global Network Engineering or Network Operations experience
  • Budget management, forecasting, and cost variance analysis
  • Resource capacity planning and demand forecasting
  • Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and technical dependencies
  • DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, and software testing concepts

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple complex enterprise technology projects across global network engineering and operations.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and prioritization plans.
  • Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, product, and business workstreams.
  • Track project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage resource demand and capacity across development and sustainment projects.
  • Produce monthly operating expense and capital forecasts.
  • Analyze schedule, scope, and cost variances and explain the cause of changes.
  • Work with Finance, Procurement, technology leaders, and business partners on financial planning.
  • Support product owners with outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Support technical owners with technology benchmarking and tool selection.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide status reporting to leadership.
  • Maintain project documentation and dependency tracking.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years managing complex enterprise technology programs or projects.
  • Experience delivering projects with technical and engineering teams.
  • Strong experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Experience developing capacity plans and managing resource allocation.
  • Ability to understand architecture, infrastructure, and technical project dependencies.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams within large enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP certification
  • CSM, PMI-ACP, CSPO, SAFe, or LeSS certification
  • Clarity portfolio management experience
  • SharePoint or Smartsheet experience
  • Consumer-facing web or mobile technology project experience
