RPA UI Python Engineer

We are seeking an experienced RPA UI Python Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions driven primarily by Python. This role is critical for enhancing operational efficiency by building and optimizing complex UI automation workflows, ensuring seamless integration with RPA frameworks while delivering high-quality technical outcomes.

Summary

The successful candidate will serve as a key technical resource responsible for the end-to-end development of automation strategies. This position demands a deep proficiency in Python scripting to drive the core logic of the role, complemented by specialized expertise in RPA and UI automation technologies. The engineer will be tasked with troubleshooting, debugging, and refining automation processes to maximize system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based scripts that form the backbone of automation solutions.
  • Design and implement UI automation frameworks to streamline repetitive business processes.
  • Execute RPA strategies to integrate robotic process automation with custom Python applications.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within existing automation workflows.
  • Optimize automation scripts to improve execution speed and system stability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on automation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, accounting for the majority of daily development tasks.
  • Proven hands-on experience with RPA tools and UI automation frameworks.
  • Strong capability in debugging complex scripts and optimizing workflow performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model across Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Noida.
  • Willingness to work the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift with a four-hour overlap for UK operations.
  • Immediate availability or notice period of 15 days or less.
  • Ability to provide complete identification details and project-wise duration history in the resume.
  • Readiness to undergo comprehensive technical validation prior to final submission.
