General Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and upgrade manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other tools required to execute test plans.
• Perform usability testing for overall system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Communicate testing activities and findings effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Manage and control daily test activities independently.
• Provide internal quality assurance and support the test lead in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Organize and maintain the test script library.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

What you bring: 

• 4-8 years of experience in QA Manual and Autoamtion Testing with AI
• Proficient in software testing methods, tools, and technologies.
• Experience with quality management practices to deliver defect-free application software.
• Ability to Automate test cases using automation and familiarity with object-oriented development tools with AI.
• Understanding application development methodologies, including principles, processes, phases, and roles.
• Ability to write complex queries for primary database engines for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of operating systems and application components.
• Strong client focus and analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in agile development environments.
• Capable of delivering results under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and the public.

• Leads multiple projects or serves as a subject matter expert.
• Handles medium to high complexity projects across technical areas and business segments.
• Coaches and mentor’s junior technical staff.

• Typically requires five or more years of demonstrated experience in software testing which includes automation and AI.
