Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and barriers in career progression, including promotion rates, lateral movement, retention, and diversity of assignments.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze career progression frameworks, promotion processes, policies, practices, and workforce data.
- Analyze stakeholder information and feedback obtained through focus groups, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder validation activities.
- Support analysis of benchmarking findings, career progression recommendations, cross-cutting themes, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Develop evaluation metrics and a post-deployment survey instrument to collect feedback on career progression models and tools.
- Analyze post-deployment survey results and support reporting on impact, sustainability, lessons learned, and recommendations for future modifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- Advanced analytics certification preferred.
- 5+ years in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics.
- Demonstrated experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects of similar size and complexity.
