About Harmony

Harmony gives every employee an always-on expert for every service request, inside the tools they already use. Deployed inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, its agents draw on a context graph connecting each employee's identity, devices, applications, and history, resolving requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal automatically, before a ticket ever opens.

With 100+ prebuilt agents that deploy in days, not months, and a 70% no-touch resolution rate, Harmony removes the manual work from enterprise service without removing the humans who should own the hard problems. Built for IT and HR teams that are done waiting for their service platform to catch up with the rest of the business.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in how we win and grow customers. You’ll own the technical implementation and onboarding experience starting during the evaluation period, when the deal is still on the line, and continuing through post-sale deployment. The quality and speed of your work directly influences whether prospects convert and whether customers expand.

You’ll be the person who proves the product delivers real value in a customer’s actual environment - not in a slide deck. That makes you one of the most important people in the sales process. When a prospect is evaluating us alongside competitors, your implementation is often what tips the decision.

This is a deeply technical, individual contributor role. You’ll be hands-on with integrations, configurations, and architecture, while also being someone customers trust and enjoy working with.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the technical implementation end-to-end - configuring, integrating, and deploying the product in customer environments during both evaluation and post-sale phases
  • Be a key driver of deal outcomes: your implementation work during evaluations and POCs is often what converts a prospect into a paying customer
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and the GTM team to shape deal strategy, scope technical requirements, and remove blockers that stand between a prospect and a closed deal
  • Run onboarding for new customers: architect their environment, build out integrations, and accelerate time-to-value so customers see ROI fast
  • Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, scripts, and tooling that make the GTM motion faster and more scalable
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges during implementation - digging into APIs, infrastructure, and code to keep engagements moving forward
  • Communicate clearly with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders, framing the product’s value in terms that matter to each audience
  • Feed insights from the field back to Product and Engineering - what customers need, where the product falls short, and what would help close more deals

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on technical role (preferably with GTM exposure)
  • Strong technical depth: you’re comfortable working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, networking, scripting, and debugging complex systems
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted engineering workflows - you use tools like Claude Code, Codex, and similar LLM-based agents as a natural part of how you build, debug, and ship
  • Experience working alongside Sales as part of the deal cycle - you understand what it takes to win a technical evaluation and can operate with a sense of urgency when a deal depends on it
  • Experience running implementations or technical onboarding across multiple customers simultaneously
  • Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain knowledge in IT operations, IT infrastructure, or IT service management (e.g., ITSM, monitoring, endpoint management, networking)
  • Experience supporting or participating in technical evaluations, POCs, or pilot programs
  • Background in software development - you've built and shipped production code

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • A collaborative, fast-moving team in Downtown Manhattan
