JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for providing analytical support to all teams under the International Organization.
- Prepare dashboards, build financial models, and business cases.
- Perform modeling short- and long-term financial analyses, resource allocation, and ROI analysis, as well as presenting findings to management..
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in analyzing Cost of Acquisition, Sourcing, and Zero-Based Budgeting, across direct sales, travel agency sales, and marketing investments in the international organization.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to monitor industry trends, refine pricing strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Support operational efficiency initiatives by analyzing processes and identifying automation, scalability, and optimization across international commercial functions to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Query data sources to extract and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets, identifying outliers, interpreting trends, and delivering actionable insights.
- Support the planning and management of an international budget, aligning financial performance with strategic objectives.
- Leverage data science techniques to enhance forecasting, optimize promotional spend, and contribute to the development of international strategy.
- Assist in preparing presentations for leadership to showcase the current performance and initiatives of all markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
DEGREE TYPE:
- Bachelor's Degree.
FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
- Related field of study.
- Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, and/or Business Planning and analysis.
- Experience performing various types of Business Analysis..
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferred experience with Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or Power BI tools, ideally with database querying skills.
- Understanding of SQL (Oracle / SQL Server) or other database querying languages.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with all levels and across all functions in the organization.
- Able to manage time effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentations.
- Self-starter, highly analytical, and detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture.
