Full description

The Associate Project Manager plays a key supporting role within the Professional Services Project Management team, helping coordinate the delivery of Elements product projects and client engagements. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role works closely with developers, consultants, and trainers to help projects run smoothly, deadlines stay on track, and clients receive a great experience. It is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their project management career to gain hands-on experience across planning, client communication, and delivery, with support and mentorship from senior team members. As skills and confidence grow, the Associate Project Manager will take on increasing ownership of projects, working towards a full Project Manager role.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in project management, project coordination, client services, or a related field; internship or academic project experience welcome.
  • Some exposure to software, SaaS, or professional services environments is helpful, but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track tasks, take clear notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Developing communication skills, with a willingness to build confidence engaging directly with clients over time.
  • A foundational understanding of project management concepts such as scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of tasks across client projects and Elements product work.• Participate in daily resource meetings, taking notes and tracking follow-up actions for the team.
  • Assist with client communications, including status updates, meeting notes, and scheduling.
  • Help triage and track helpdesk tickets, working with developers and consultants to progress client issues.
  • Support accurate time tracking across the team to help meet utilization targets.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation and trackers.
  • Flag emerging risks or resourcing issues to the Program Manager or Project Managers.
  • Take on varied tasks including trainer, helpdesk, or consultant-adjacent work to support the wider team.
