Egis Belarus is looking for a Marketing and Business Analyst
who supports the business with market insights, anlyses performance and surpports forecasting, while mainatins compliant records of marketing activities and third party enagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for the marketing team.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Support forecasting and budgeting with data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of marketing and business metrics.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Manage documentation for EGIS events and third-party events.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and supporting documents for event speakers.
- Assist in preparing and submitting tenders for marketing-related services.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external due diligence requirements for vendors and partners.
- File and Workflow Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all marketing documentation and approvals.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Pricing and Regulatory Documentation:
- Support preparation of calculations and documentation for registration of maximum retail prices (CRP).
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English at least at intermediate level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar analytical or assistant role.
SKILLS AND COMPETENICES:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI/Tableau, and market research tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Organizational and communication skills
