About the team you are joining

Reporting to the Regional Vice President Asia-Pacific, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Asia-Pacific Regional Office by driving proactive thought leadership, reviewing and enhancing business practices, and promoting regional transformation.

What your day would be like

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert in data analysis and Power BI, with a focus on regional performance and continuous improvement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence outputs for both internal use and external engagement, supporting the strategic objectives of the Asia-Pacific.
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence and research relevant to ASPAC, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Regional Office, Headquarters, and Local Offices to understand data requirements and ensure robust analysis.
  • Produce tailored market reports to support stakeholder engagement at local and regional levels.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of regional campaigns.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned, contributing to the broader goals of the regional office.

  • You have a university degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong planning and analytical capabilities, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to lead projects and work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A strategic thinker who can challenge existing practices and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • A keen interest in the aviation industry and a willingness to deepen knowledge in this area.
