Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager- Fabrication located in Dallas, TX.

Reporting to the Operations Sr Director, the Project Manager- Fabrication will be responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth) of a specific organization.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Define project scope, schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements; manages projects end-to-end from initiation through transfer.
  • Communicates customer requirements, specifications, timelines, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineering, management, and consultants.
  • Monitors daily project schedules, identifies issues, and provides technical direction and support to resolve problems effectively.
  • Develops and maintains project plans, documentation, procedures, deliverables, and status reports, including financial tracking and cost control.
  • Presents technical project updates and progress to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
  • Supports larger programs, mentors junior project managers, and interacts with customers, peers, and management to drive performance and recommend process or policy improvements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and/or program management on an Industrial/Manufacturing construction environment, working with contractors and suppliers.
  • Engineering Degree in related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects in manufacturing settings involving powder.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communications both oral and written in English.
  • MS Excel advanced.
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with the business to drive projects to completion in an effective and meaningful way.
  • Microsoft Project & PMP(preferred).
