Arise® connects enterprises with a global network of entrepreneurial service partners. You will own the architecture of the agent and client global websites and mobile apps — the systems our partners use every day.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating business initiatives from planning through completion. This role partners with cross-functional teams and business leaders to ensure projects align with organizational goals, remain on schedule and within budget, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized leader who can manage competing priorities, drive accountability, identify risks, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business projects and initiatives from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define objectives, priorities, and success measures.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder updates.
  • Provide clear and concise project status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Track project performance, KPIs, milestones, and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of new business processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and follow-ups are maintained.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct project closeouts, lessons learned, and post-project reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, program coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with project management and reporting tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is preferred.
