Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interiors construction projects.

• Budget Management: Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.

• Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.

• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors, to achieve project goals.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

• Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
