Join a collaborative environment that values strong governance, clear communication, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly support operational integrity and regulatory readiness.

As a Vice President Project Manager in Client Tax Operations team, you will lead regulatory and strategic programs end to end—turning complex tax requirements into actionable roadmaps, modernizing processes and controls, and delivering audit-ready results. You will drive cross-functional execution, governance discipline, data quality, and on-time delivery across withholding, documentation, and reporting activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of tax operations initiatives, including scope, roadmap, budget, and governance to achieve on-time and within-budget outcomes
  • Build and maintain a dependency-driven project plan with milestones, resourcing, and delivery metrics; keep plans current and execution transparent
  • Facilitate working group meetings by setting agendas, driving decisions, documenting actions and owners with due dates, and escalating issues through governance when needed
  • Design and implement target operating models and re-engineered processes, embedding controls, service level agreements, and key performance indicators to support accurate withholding, documentation, and reporting
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; enforce change control; maintain audit evidence and readiness for internal controls over financial reporting and other applicable control requirements
  • Drive stakeholder communications and change management by preparing governance updates and ensuring standard operating procedures are developed and adopted

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through closure
  • Understanding of tax operations controls, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
