As a Senior Associate, Product Manager - Delegated Experiences and Agentic AI in Trust and Security, you drive product work from strategy to execution by translating customer and business needs into clear requirements and coordinated delivery. You partner across disciplines to manage dependencies, prioritize outcomes, and ensure features are delivered with quality and readiness. You use data, user feedback, and structured discovery to continuously improve the product experience.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through user research, discovery, and customer feedback
- Assess upstream and downstream impacts of new features on the end-to-end product experience
- Support journey mapping, market analysis, and discovery activities to inform the product roadmap
- Analyze and monitor product and delivery metrics across time, cost, quality, and outcomes throughout the development lifecycle
- Write clear requirements, epics, and user stories to enable effective build and delivery
- Facilitate technical and non-technical discussions with cross-functional delivery teams to implement features
- Partner with quality assurance teams on end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release validation
- Drive prioritization and problem-solving across teams, balancing speed, scalability, quality, and business readiness
- Promote consistent practices for product management, product development, release management, and user support
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3 years of experience in product management or product delivery within a software development environment
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
- Experience defining and managing product lifecycle activities from inception through production release
- Experience translating needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience using agile delivery and issue-tracking tools (for example, Jira, Figma, or similar tools)
- Ability to analyze product and delivery metrics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
- Experience partnering with engineering and product stakeholders to manage dependencies and delivery risks
- Experience supporting product demonstrations for stakeholder alignment and decision-making
- Domain knowledge in authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- Experience with conversational AI interactions and agentic AI solutions
- Experience with public APIs and dynamic or risk-based assessment approaches
- Experience working on API-based products
- AWS certification or equivalent cloud credentials
