Help shape the digital experiences used by customers around the world

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences? Do you thrive at the intersection of user needs, business objectives, and technology? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Martech team and play a central role in improving and evolving our digital ecosystem. You will help shape the user experience across our websites, digital applications, customer-facing tools, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction is both meaningful and easy to use.

This is an in-house UX role within an international B2B environment, where you will take ownership of UX initiatives and act as the primary UX specialist across our digital ecosystem.

Working closely with marketers, product owners, developers, web editors, content specialists, and business stakeholders, you will translate customer insights and business requirements into seamless digital experiences that deliver value for both users and the business.

Can You Help Us Shape a Long-Term Vision for Success and Positive Impact?

As our UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving user-centered design initiatives from discovery through implementation. You will combine research, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and design system thinking to create engaging digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to identify customer needs, behaviours, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Creating personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture to support the design process.
  • Designing and optimizing experiences across websites, digital applications, customer-facing tools, self-service solutions, and campaign journeys.
  • Planning and facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, align expectations, and define user and business needs.
  • Partnering closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of approved designs and prototypes.
  • Using analytics, customer feedback, A/B testing, and user insights to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Supporting and continuously improving our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborating closely with web editors, providing UX guidance, introducing new prototypes, and helping identify the best solutions for page structures and user journeys.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for stakeholders across design, marketing, digital, and technology teams.

Could You Thrive in a Global Community Based on Trust?

We're looking for an experienced UX professional who combines strong analytical and research skills with a passion for creating elegant, practical, and user-centered solutions. Curious, empathetic, and driven by a deep understanding of customer needs, you enjoy solving complex problems through thoughtful design. You're comfortable facilitating workshops, conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. With a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership, you can independently drive UX initiatives, make informed design recommendations, and help shape intuitive experiences that deliver real value to both users and the business.

Ideally, you have:

  • Several years of experience in designing digital products, websites, applications, or other customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Strong expertise in UX methodologies, including user research, usability testing, information architecture, journey mapping, and interaction design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Previous experience working with Sitecore CMS, or a similar enterprise CMS, is an advantage, but not a must.
  • Experience working with and contributing to scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • The ability to transform complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly solutions.
  • A strong visual sense and an eye for design, with the ability to contribute to interface design when needed while maintaining usability, consistency, and alignment with the design system.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams and functions.
  • An understanding of responsive design principles and how modern digital experiences are built and implemented.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, as you will work and communicate in an international environment on a daily basis.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment or designing digital experiences for B2B customers is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend development principles is an advantage.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

This is a unique opportunity to become the dedicated UX expert within our Martech team, playing a key role in shaping UX standards, ways of working, and the future of our digital experiences. You'll work in a collaborative and supportive international environment, partnering with colleagues across the globe while contributing to impactful projects. We are committed to your growth through access to training, learning resources, and knowledge-sharing opportunities, all within the stability of a global organization that combines international reach with a friendly and people-focused culture.

In addition, we offer:

  • a hybrid working model with up to 2 days of home office per week
  • 5 weeks of annual leave
  • 3 sick days per year
  • co-financed MultiSport card
  • annual bonus
  • meal allowance

Does it sound like a match?

If you believe great digital experiences are created through collaboration, enjoy working across disciplines, challenging assumptions, and continuously improving both products and processes, join our team and make a difference every day.

We look forward to receiving your application! Please submit your application letter with a CV in English via the link.
