What we are looking for

We are looking for passionate, driven graduates with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to join our consulting business. Our graduate scheme is a comprehensive 2-year programme, with the opportunity to work across a range of sectors for both external and internal clients.

You will be partnered with a senior member of the team who will guide and mentor you through your career journey.

In addition to working on multi-million-pound high profile projects, you will engage in structured learning that will enable you to work towards achieving your professional qualification (CIOB, RICS, CHPP or MAPM) with full sponsorship provided by us.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • The role will require the application of professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialised training and/or on the job experience.
  • Identify solutions to issues that are generally defined (but not always immediately evident) and require problem-solving.
  • Assume responsibility for producing key project deliverables from the moment you join the business while working closely with clients and senior managers across Bovis.
  • Working on our business development activities, including bidding for new work and marketing activities.
  • Working within Bovis and/or client teams to solve problems, improve processes and drive industry best practice.

Experience & background

  • Ideally a relevant industry degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar built environment subject.
  • We will also accept alternative degrees from people who are passionate and keen to get into project management and who can demonstrable innovation and entrepreneurship skills.
  • A predicted 2:1 or higher in a bachelor’s degree across study fields; applications from master’s degree holders are also welcome.
  • We also welcome candidates who already have experience in the form of sandwich courses, summer placements, internships or previous industry experience.

We are unable to support visa sponsorship for graduate roles, so applicants must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
