What You'll Do
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
As a Project Manager for CGT and Biologics Bioanalytical Services at Pharmaron, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and establishing our leadership in the industry. Your primary focus will be on coordinating scientific account management for our specialized bioanalytical testing and in-vivo services for our scientific partners and companies developing CGT and Biologics treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Pharmaron's bioanalytical testing workflow, enhance familiarity with the regulatory requirements (GLP/GCLP/CLIA).
- Enhance knowledge of departmental capabilities, general technical procedures, equipment, and standard operating procedures.
- Project Planning: In collaboration with Study Directors will design projects that meet sponsors' needs in a scientifically sound and cost effective manner. Provide scientific consultations for the clients to support Pharmaron services.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling study proposals, including budgets and detailed project scopes.
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, manage expectations, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation including meeting agendas and minutes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in biology, life sciences, pharmacology, or chemistry. Advanced degree (Master's or higher) is prefered.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the bioanalytical CRO.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements: GLP/GCLP, GMP, CLIA.
- Ability to independently draft study proposals, budgets, and project scope of work.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions.
- Motivation to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends.
