Job DetailsJob Location: Guayaquil, Ecuador - Guayaquil, Ecuador, FL 33126Position Type: Full TimePOSITION PURPOSE:

The Systems and Products Analyst is a hybrid role within Information Technology Development: one position, two functional responsibilities, one integrated purpose. The role is designed as an approximately 50/50 shared resource between Information Technology and Product Implementation. For Product Implementation, the position serves as the primary execution resource for end-to-end business and operational testing of Product Reviews, New Product launches, and Product Enhancements, validating that approved product specifications, policy documents, actuarial requirements, business rules, and system functionality operate correctly before production deployment. For Information Technology, the role supports business applications, system configuration, troubleshooting, system enhancements, user support, and continuous improvement. The position works closely with Product, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable implementations and stable application support

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and execute end-to-end business validation, functional testing, and operational readiness activities for Product Reviews, New Product launches, and Product Enhancements, serving as the primary Product Implementation testing resource across impacted operational areas. Manage and maintain product configurations, business rules, system parameters, and reference data to support operational requirements, product implementations, system enhancements, and ongoing business operations. Develop and execute test scenarios and validation plans using approved product specifications, Certificates of Coverage (COCs), Tables of Benefits (TOBs), Riders, Endorsements, business rules, and operational requirements. Validate product configurations, premiums, benefits, eligibility rules, deductibles, coinsurance, accumulators, exclusions, limits, and other product logic to ensure accuracy and compliance. Validate end-to-end functionality across Claims, Precertification, Customer Service, Billing, Policy Administration, Renewals, Endorsements, Underwriting, and other impacted business areas. Execute and coordinate end-to-end Product Implementation testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Validation, defect re-testing, and Go-Live readiness across business and technical teams, engaging operational subject-matter experts when specialized validation or business confirmation is required. Identify, document, prioritize, track, and resolve implementation and application issues, including re-testing corrective actions before deployment. Validate product documentation and ensure consistency between product requirements, system configuration, and operational processes. Partner with Information Technology to validate delivered functionality, support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Provide application support, troubleshooting, user guidance, and training to ensure effective use of business and product-related systems. Serve as a liaison between Product, Information Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders throughout implementation and support activities. Develop and maintain testing procedures, validation standards, SOPs, implementation documentation, and quality-control practices. Monitor system performance, implementation results, and operational effectiveness, recommending improvements to quality, efficiency, and operational readiness. Support software quality assurance initiatives, production deployments, post-implementation validation, and continuous process improvement efforts.

 QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product implementation, business applications, functional testing, operational validation, system support, or related roles. Experience managing product configurations, business rules, system parameters, and operational workflows within enterprise applications. Experience in International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) or Private Medical Insurance (PMI) is strongly preferred; strong knowledge of health insurance product and operational workflows is highly desirable. Demonstrated hands-on experience executing end-to-end functional testing and validating product requirements using Certificates of Coverage (COCs), Tables of Benefits (TOBs), Riders, Endorsements, pricing models, business rules, and operational workflows. Experience collaborating with Information Technology, Product implementations, Operations departments, and other cross-functional business teams. Familiarity with application support, testing methodologies, system documentation, quality assurance, and implementation best practices. Previous experience supporting production environments, product releases, product implementation, system enhancements, and operational readiness activities is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

SKILLS:

Ability to validate complex product requirements and translate them into effective testing and operational validation scenarios. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong knowledge of Claims, Medical Operations, Provider Relations, and Quality Control (QC) processes is highly preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Excel, Azure DevOps (TFS), or similar testing, documentation, and issue-tracking tools. Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data validation techniques is a plus. Continuous improvement mindset focused on quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Accurate product implementations and system configurations with minimal production defects, rework, or post-deployment corrections. Successful product launches and enhancements supported by complete end-to-end Product Implementation testing that meet business, operational, regulatory, and system requirements while maintaining operational readiness. Timely resolution of application support incidents, configuration issues, and production defects in accordance with established service levels. Effective management of product configurations, system parameterization, and business rules to support ongoing operational requirements and product changes. Consistent testing, validation, documentation, and quality assurance practices across all product implementations and system enhancements. Improved application stability, system performance, and user satisfaction through proactive support, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reduced implementation timelines and increased first-pass quality through standardized testing methodologies, centralized execution of routine Product Implementation testing, and operational readiness processes. Successful collaboration between Product, Information Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders throughout implementation, deployment, and support activities. Maintenance of accurate product documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures that support efficient ongoing operations. Continuous identification and implementation of process, automation, and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
