Role Overview

We are seeking a client-focused Senior Software Delivery Manager to lead large-scale software implementation programs for our enterprise banking and retail clients. Working within the DN organization, you will oversee a portfolio powered by modern cloud architecture, microservices, and ATM solutions, driving end-to-end delivery, complex system integrations, and portfolio P&L performance.

Responsibilities

  • Leading large-scale software implementation programs for enterprise banking and retail clients.
  • Driving end-to-end solution delivery across pre-sales, solution design, implementation, and support.
  • Orchestrating complex integrations between ATM platforms, legacy systems, and digital banking solutions.
  • Building trusted customer relationships while ensuring service excellence and SLA achievement.
  • Governing project execution through Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Owning portfolio financial performance, maximizing revenue growth and profitability.
  • Forecasting budgets, allocating resources, and controlling multi-million-euro program spend.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities, shaping Statements of Work, and managing commercial changes.
  • Aligning engineering, architecture, and product functions to achieve strategic milestones.
  • Mitigating deployment, security, and infrastructure risks across client environments.
  • Steering vendor and GCC partnerships to support successful delivery outcomes.
  • Championing continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivery best practices.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience delivering and implementing enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrating 3–4 years of success in a client-facing Software Delivery Manager role within a technology vendor environment.
  • Managing large-scale software delivery programs for banking, ATM, self-service, or POS solutions.
  • Applying expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based architectures.
  • Overseeing ATM software, transaction processing, switching systems, or CEN/XFS-based environments.
  • Owning commercial performance, including professional services delivery, budgeting, and portfolio P&L management.
  • Utilizing enterprise project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders through strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills across distributed teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Holding PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management accreditation.
  • Possessing Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or related Agile credentials.
  • Bringing experience within enterprise banking technology, digital payments, or self-service ecosystems.
