Deskripsi Kerja:

  • Eksekusi key visual & deck untuk pitch klien korporat
  • Produksi konten visual sosmed untuk klien existing di luar periode pitch
  • Terjemahkan brief strategis jadi konsep visual — bukan spek detail
  • Jaga konsistensi brand guideline tiap klien
  • Kolaborasi harian dengan tim digital marketing untuk ide visual
  • Update tren desain digital terkini

Requirement:

  • 2–5 tahun pengalaman di digital/creative agency (gaji disesuaikan level & portfolio)
  • Portfolio klien B2B/korporat jadi nilai tambah besar
  • Mahir Figma & Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Bisa edit video/reels dasar (CapCut, Premiere, atau setara)
  • Fasih pakai AI generatif dalam workflow desain, tapi tahu kapan perlu kurasi manual
  • Terbiasa kerja dari brief strategis, bukan spek visual yang sudah matang
  • Komunikatif, nyaman kerja tanpa lapisan creative director
  • Nyaman di dua ritme: proyek mendalam (KV/deck) dan volume tinggi cepat (sosmed)
  • Resourceful, inisiatif tinggi, dan self-driven
  • Paham industri digital marketing, bukan sekadar eksekutor visual
