About the Position
We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee major construction projects exceeding $100 million in value. This role is critical to the organization’s continued growth and will involve managing high-profile projects, mentoring project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of project execution, ensuring excellence in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery. Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects valued at $100M+
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, or hospitality
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing project teams
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contract management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Stable career progression with a history of long-term tenures
- Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
