Senior Project Manager - Hotel Sector (French Speaking)

We are seeking a French speaking Senior Project Manager who can work with us on a variety of new build projects for the hotel sector in Europe, with the initial project in Paris.

The project: Due to our continued growth, we require a French speaking senior project manager who will be responsible for the delivery of multiple new build projects for hotel clients. This role sits in our consultancy business, specifically the commercial private sector so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their experience beyond hotels in the delivery of fit-out and relocation projects for major corporate clients. 

You will join our team of UK/European wide Project Managers, delivering several different investment types including, new store fit outs, extensions, refurbishments, planned asset renewals and initiative roll outs. Reporting into the Mace Account/Programme lead. The successful candidate will manage projects within a geographic area, ideally centred to Paris, however some UK or other European travel should be expected. 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Applying technical H&S expertise and promote an inclusive culture.
• Delivering project plans from inception to construction.
• Managing tasks and deliverables supporting senior leaders.
• Overseeing budgets, risks and long‑term functional development.
• Managing design and consultant teams collaboratively.
• Managing teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
• Networking and drive best‑practice adoption across programmes.

You’ll need to have:

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the hotel sector.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Fluent in French.
