Position Summary
The Finance team plays a critical role in driving the company’s profitability through strategic cost-saving initiatives, rigorous budget control, and investment optimization. We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is eager to learn and can grow into a professional capable of delivering high-quality financial insights and maintaining operational excellence to support informed executive decision-making, even in challenging market environments.
Role and Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Perform financial forecasting, annual business planning, and rolling plans, while conducting variance analysis and account reconciliation to support strategic decision-making.
- Execute the monthly P&L closing process and assist in period-end closings (month, quarter, and year) in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and research, specifically regarding financial performance and cost-saving measures.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and cost-saving activities in coordination with various team leaders.
- Provide essential business information and generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
- Support the preparation of materials for various management reviews and meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Certification: CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
- Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000- $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
